Very nice short stay in Amsterdam

Very cozy houseboat from Robert and Paul. Both hosts very friendly and nice reception on the boat. There were small snacks, coffee and tea and the fridge was stocked with cold drinks for the reception. Nothing was missing, everything was very clean and it was cleaned every day. We were able to park our car in a guarded, private parking lot for 10 euros per day and were driven there. There are 2 bicycles available free of charge on the boat with which we could explore Amsterdam. In the morning we were greeted by the ducks and geese and enjoyed our coffee on the small, sunny terrace. There are restaurants and supermarkets in the area. The nearby railway line is a bit annoying for people who are sensitive to noise. It didn't bother us, we slept well and recovered well. We would love to come back and can only recommend it. Great stay :)

    Amazing stay in Amsterdam!

Rob's houseboat is perfect!  We had such a great stay.  The location is easily reached from Schipol Airport and on a really nice canal in a quiet location, and just down the road from the awesome windmill brewery!  The surrounding area is great to explore and near markets and shops.  We walked to central Amsterdam a variety of ways within 20 to 30 mins.

Rob and Paul were flexible with check-in, and were really responsive with communication, and even left a bottle of wine and coffee for us which was great.

The boathouse was really comfortable and has a great deck area for breakfast in the morning on the water: really relaxing atmosphere!

There are two free bikes available for use to explore the canals as well which was great.

We'll definitely stay again the next time we are in Amsterdam!

    Best trip ever

Such a lovely boat with perfect owner. We stayed with 4 months old baby and everything was perfect. You can see the river while you are in bed and have breakfast and drink beers just sitting close to the river. Paul and Robert are so kind and cooks perfect muffins :) Thank you for this experience.

    Fantastic Houseboat Experience!

We planned to go for Amsterdam for a while and I always wanted to stay on a houseboat. Staying with Paul and Robert was the best decision we could have made. They looked very well after us. When we arrived in the evening we had fruit and drinks provided and explored the close-by bars. The first morning Paul brought us breakfast and provided tipps for our Amsterdam tour. And whenever needed we received restaurant recommendations. Very helpfull! Back home they even delivered us a shirt we forgot to pack. Really appreciated!

The room had everything we needed and I loved to have breakfast at the open window with canal and duck view. The location is great as it is very easy to reach the city via tram or a walk and there are also bikes at the houseboat to explore town.

Overall a really great stay! Many thanks for hosting us!!
