    Wonderful boathouse experience in Amsterdam

I have just returned from a weekend in Amsterdam staying on Rob' boathouse.

I cannot express enough how well both Rob and Paul looked after us. From checking in to giving us handy tips to supplying us with a lovely breakfast on our last morning.

the boat is slightly out of the town but it is only a few stops on the bus which is regular and run at all hours it was no problem.

Located near a great brewery; I would definitely  recommend Rob's boathouse and will be going back.

Beautiful house boat close to the center

We stayed for three days in Rob's house boat and it was wonderful! Very clean and beautifully decorated with a little porch where you can sit and enjoy your coffee in the morning. It's reasonably close to the city center, bus and tram stations to get there and to the main train station are close by and easily reached by foot. Also just down the road are very nice cafés under a typical dutch windmill where you can eat and drink good beers. Staying in a house boat is the best way to experience Amsterdam! Rob is also a very nice and helpful host.

    Perfect Stay

We absolutely adored our stay in the little houseboat! Everything was so clean and well kept. The location was ideal. Close to everything but nice and quite.

Rob and Paul are absolute legends. They had great communication and looked after us well. We will definitely take you out for a beer next time we’re in Amsterdam!

Very nice short stay in Amsterdam

Very cozy houseboat from Robert and Paul. Both hosts very friendly and nice reception on the boat. There were small snacks, coffee and tea and the fridge was stocked with cold drinks for the reception. Nothing was missing, everything was very clean and it was cleaned every day. We were able to park our car in a guarded, private parking lot for 10 euros per day and were driven there. There are 2 bicycles available free of charge on the boat with which we could explore Amsterdam. In the morning we were greeted by the ducks and geese and enjoyed our coffee on the small, sunny terrace. There are restaurants and supermarkets in the area. The nearby railway line is a bit annoying for people who are sensitive to noise. It didn't bother us, we slept well and recovered well. We would love to come back and can only recommend it. Great stay :)
