Wonderful place to stay in a wonderful city

The location is probably about perfect for Amsterdam. Close enough to all the action, but far enough away to not be besieged by tourists. The studio is adequate for a couple, and was a great "base of operations" to see the sights.

Very nice houseboat, nice reception. The center can be reached on foot. Tram, great restaurants and breakfast bars in the immediate vicinity.

Beautiful houseboat in a wonderful area

My husband and I fell in love with Michele’s houseboat the moment we stepped foot on it. The room is lovely, clean, and talk about a great view! Waking up every morning to birds greeting us at the window and watching boats go by was so peaceful, and finishing every night lounging on the roof deck looking at the city lights was magical. The area that it’s in (De Pijp) is also wonderful and you can get to most places in the city from the tram stop which is only a short walk from the boat. Or if you prefer walking, it’s a 40 minute walk from Centraal Station (and a lovely walk at that!) I would 100% recommend staying on this lovely little houseboat and wouldn’t hesitate to return in the future.

Wonderful stay in a great location

My partner and I recently stayed in Michele’s houseboat in De Pijp. It was perfect for our stay, we were lucky to have great weather and got to make the most of the roof terrace - and the location suited us really well, with easy access to lots of fun cafes, bars and restaurants. We found the room clean and it had lots of useful amenities including a coffee machine! We’d definitely stay here again!

    Fantastic! Show original

We had a great time in this small but functional Houseboat, there was everything we needed. We took advantage of the large terrace above the roof and relaxed in a truly unique and special atmosphere. Beautiful I recommend it to everyone and if we go back to Amsterdam we will definitely stay here again! The Pijp area is very nice and full of restaurants and bars without too many tourists.
